Contrary to Internet rumors and tweets, West Coast rap veteran Too Short has not died.
Earlier today rumors began to circulate that the rapper, known for his hits “Blow The Whistle” and “Shake That Monkey,” had passed away.
Even Short’s Wiki page said that he had died. However, TMZ has confirmed that Too Short is alive and well. The outlet also said they spoke with him on the phone. Short even took to his Twitter to silence the death talks:
“Stop calling my phone. I’m not dead. Been in the lab working on my 19th album.”
We can now put the rumors to rest.
